From 3 inches to 14 feet in diameter, I've ground 10's of thousands of stumps for several thousand customers since 2006.
More than half of my jobs come from referrals and repeat customers, which attest to high customer satisfaction.
I pride myself on giving all-around excellent service: Whether it's returning calls quickly; doing a job same day (
sometimes it just works out that way); or doing those hard to access stumps that require extra effort or problem solving that other providers don't want to do (please see photos), I am going to do my best to satisfy you.
Maybe you need your stumps & roots ground deep (up to 1') because you need planting space; or maybe you only need your stumps ground out of sight (a few inches below ground) with less cost to you. Either way, I'm going to do the job you want me to do.
And to those customers who have called me to finish the job after they've spent half-a-day trying to dig up a stump, burn a stump, or rented a poor quality stump grinder to do it themselves will attest:
It's my business to make your life easier!

There are many benefits of hiring me to grind your stumps:
  • Beautify your home & landscaping
  • No more mowing & edging around those annoying stumps
  • Eliminates nesting sites for carpenter ants, termites & other unwanted pests
  • Eliminates trip hazards
  • Stumps & roots can be ground up to about a foot below grade, depending on needs & budget
  • Chips from grinding makes excellent mulch
  • Narrow grinder can fit through a 3' gate & other hard to reach places
  • Chip removal option available
  • Grinding is often a better & less expensive option than excavating, which leaves large holes to fill and  grade
  • I can be booked on weekends if needed
  • Reasonable rates, with quality, reliable service
  • Free quotes

Biz Bio:
I started my stump grinding business in July 2006.  Now you may wonder, like a lot of my customers, how I got into such an unusual business.
The seed was planted by my cousin Jay who had a stump grinding business in California. He said "You ought to start a stump grinding business here with all of these trees and a year round grinding season."
I let the idea percolate for a few months. During that time, with research, questions and advice over phone conversations with Jay and my Uncle Arnie (Jays dad, who has about 40 years in the stump grinding biz in Florida) I decided to take a chance and give it a go. I then acquired a loan to purchase the necessary new equipment to get started.
I must say, it's been quite rewarding and interesting running my own stump grinding service business, with many challenges and successes along the journey.
